"Chopper" is the nickname of Tony Tony Chopper, a fictional character in the popular manga and anime series "One Piece." Created by Eiichiro Oda, "One Piece" follows the adventures of a group of pirates as they search for the ultimate treasure known as the "One Piece" in order to become the Pirate King.

Tony Tony Chopper is a reindeer who ate the Human-Human Fruit, a Devil Fruit that granted him the ability to transform into a human with intelligence and speech while retaining his reindeer form. Chopper was originally a reindeer living on Drum Island, where he was despised and ostracized by other reindeer due to his blue nose. He eventually ate the Human-Human Fruit, which not only gave him human-like abilities but also allowed him to communicate with other animals.
